ZCN06AAZD Constant Tension Desk-type Taping Machine

This equipment has 2 groups of servo motor system, 1 group controls the taping head’s rotation, 1 group controls the roller that the air clip clamps the coil, driving the coil moving from left to right after rotation. Pitch goes by the servo motor, can adjust the speed, can adjust the pitch, as long as set the tape width (25, 20), set the pitch (between 17.5~15~12.5~10~7.5) on the touch screen, the taping machine can work according to set value.

There is a pair of constant tension taping plate, can be single side taping and taping back and forth as well, also the quality of single side taping is better.

There is the pneumatic clamping roller to hold the coil for overlapping rate, which can prevent the coil from beating when taping.

The maximum section after taping is 20×50mm².
