ZCN013EP-2000、3000 PC Control Pneumatic Taping Machine for Steam Generator Coil Bar Insulation Tape

Technical Specifications:

1、Controlled and operated by PLC; Can be assembled into two forms, the outlet head both in the same direction and the opposite direction can be taped.

2、One cylinder upper and one cylinder lower each at two ends, adjust the coil bar to bandage at the same horizontal level; There are 4 cylinders in the middle, hold the coil bar automatically according to the length of its straight part;

3、Tape width 25mm, half overlapping, double taping, distance between two pieces 6.25mm, ±0.75mm;

4、Taping speed: 50~200r/min, stepless adjustable by frequency invertor, max. speed: 220r/min;

5、Max. taping section: 30×70mm²;

6、Length of the straight part: with double gear explorator of different length, steplessly adjustable between 900~2000mm（900~3000mm）; Length of end part to be taped: 650mm, total length to be taped: 4300mm;

7、Taping can follow the bend of the coil (angle of the bend between 28~43˚), there are 4 pcs. of arc gears for exchange, the taping speed will decrease automatically at the arc to insure the taping quality.
