ZCN094 Electromagnetic Wire Automatic CNC Straightening, Scraping, Cutting All-in-one Machine

General descriptions:

This equipment is used for straightening and cutting off the copper flat electromagnetic wire (annealing) coil stock according to a certain length, and before cutting off, remove the insulation layer on the surface of the copper wire at both ends of the electromagnetic wire. Different length can be set freely.

A、 This equipment consists of 4 parts: pay-off rack, straighten & stripping (remove the end insulation), main machine head for cutting, pneumatic turn-over rack, electric cabinet.

B、The pay-off rack put the electromagnetic wire coil on a fixed support rack.

C、 The main machine head has 4 sections of work location: dragging length measurement location, straightening location, stripping location, cutting location.

D、The main machine head’s straightening location: the rubber rollers clamp the electromagnetic wires to drag forward. Straightening takes the way of respectively aligning in the two direction of width and thickness, both direction straightening has multi adjustable rollers for adjusting the straightening effect.

E、 The main machine head's stripping location: between the dragging roller and the straightening roller there has the stripping mechanism for stripping the surface insulation of the electromagnetic wires. The stripping mechanism is composed of 4 stripping rollers, 2 for stripping the upper and lower surfaces, the other 2 for stripping the left and right sides. The scraping part is equipped with the vacuum cleaner to collect waste.

F、 Cutting location: behind the dragging roller there has a pneumatic cutting device.

G、Dragging length measurement cutting location: the counting pinch roller that tighten the electromagnetic wires drives the rotating encoder to rotate for the length counting.

H、This equipment adopts the man-machine interface for operation, adopts the PLC digital control system for the steps of stripping, shearing and cutting, the above work proceeds automatically in the equipment operation. Use the servo motor as the main dragging.
