1、 Consist of ZCN08A-25060 winding head, ZCN08C2-TMK general winding mould, ZCN08E2 color touch screen electric cabinet, ZCN08FG creel, ZCN08D3 pneumatic control constant tension pay-off-rack (4-head, 6-head, 8-head, 12-head pneumatic control constant tension, Japan and German original import control system)

2、 Center height: 1200mm, max. tension: 600kg, each head's constant tension 8~80kg stepless adjustable, air pressure: 0.06~0.6Mpa

3、 Speed: 0~8, 8~16, 16~20, 20~40r/min, frequency conversion adjustment (phase for increase torque, frequency conversion against impact)

4、 Constant tension pay-off-rack measure coil plate's distance by ultrasonic sensor, feedback the electric proportion valve to get the air pressure output change, to keep stable force between the full plate and the unfull plate

5、12 heads shall adopt ZCN08A-38080 winding head
