Tooling

Two pairs of water generator coil bar cushion moulds for upper layer and lower layer each, one mould can press two upper layer coil bars, the other can press two lower layer coil bars. 

1、One oil cylinder for the line part of mould is with multi-head press, one for the end part is with the mould itself

2、Sheets for inter-turn insulation solidation are available upon request, to put it on the mould may press for inter-turn insulation solidation

3、Sheets for gluing are also available upon request, to put it on the mould may press for inter-turn insulation gluing

4、Tolerance of the moulds: ±0.10mm for line part, ±0.125mm for end part, per requirement of the drawings

Inner Heating Equipment with Big Current

1、One set of heating equipment, two sets of heating moulds, 4 coil bars

2、Adopting magnetic transformer and thyristor for automatic temp. control. Precision error of meter less than ±2.5℃
